We are witnessing the end of the unipolar era. As the global order shifts toward a fragmented, multipolar reality, Europe faces a "sovereignty squeeze" between the systemic rivalry of the US and China. The urgency lies in preventing Europe from becoming a passive observer of its own destiny.

Strategic Repositioning: Europe must transition from a collection of middle powers into a cohesive Major Power.
The New West: We advocate for the formation of a "New West"—a resilient, rules-based alliance that secures supply chains, digital infrastructure, and energy independence against autocratic expansionism.

The Agile Union

The current bureaucratic inertia of the EU is a strategic liability in a high-speed technological race. While global competitors move with accelerated speed in AI and Deep Tech, Europe is often stifled by over-regulation.

The Agile Union: We demand a radical shift toward a deregulated, security-focused, and subsidiary entity.
Security First: Institutional reform is no longer a luxury; it is a defensive requirement. We must pivot toward an EU that prioritizes hard security and economic agility, ensuring that technology serves to protect the unique cultural identities of European nations rather than homogenizing them.

Societal Resilience

Empowered Generations

We are entering the age of "Synthetic Reality." The proliferation of AI-driven disinformation, deepfakes, and algorithmic radicalization poses an existential threat to democratic cohesion. Young generations are the first to live in this "hybrid" reality, yet they remain vulnerable to cognitive warfare.

Digital Sovereignty: We must move beyond mere "literacy" toward Societal Resilience.
Tech-Optimism as Defense: By fostering a tech-optimistic, market-liberal generation, we build a "human firewall" against manipulation. EIFG empowers the youth to see AI not as a threat to their identity, but as a tool for European prosperity and the ultimate guardian of a free, sovereign society.

Just days to go until Davos 2026 during World Economic Forum: Championing a strong Europe in a multipolar world.

The countdown is on. In just a few days, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 kicks off, and I am heading to Davos with a sense of immense anticipation and confidence.

In an era defined by rapid digitalization and a shifting multipolar landscape, my mission is clear: to advocate for a strong, resilient, and sovereign Europe. We cannot afford to be mere observers of global change; we must be the architects of our own digital and economic future.

The 2026 agenda is set to be one of the most pivotal in recent years. With global leaders and visionaries converging, the "Spirit of Dialogue" has never been more vital. I am particularly looking forward to the debates involving:

Global Leadership: Perspectives from Donald Trump, Javier Milei, and Ursula von der Leyen on navigating the friction between national interests and global cooperation.

Economic Stability: Vital insights from Christine Lagarde and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz on strengthening European competitiveness.

Global Ethics & Innovation: High-level discussions with António Guterres on global security and leaders from the tech industry on the responsible scaling of AI.

The challenges are significant—from securing sustainable growth to mastering the "Intelligent Age"—but so are the opportunities. I am eager to engage in the tough conversations and collaborative efforts required to ensure Europe remains a leading force in this new global order.
